Mandated Reporting
In accordance with Minnesota state law, FiTS will report suspected child abuse and neglect cases to the appropriate county child protection or law enforcement services.

If there is a threat of physical harm made by one parent against another, FiTS has the right to notify the other parent and/or law enforcement.
